It's time to give a big ol' SHOUT to my Sandy, the owner of Bayside Pet Grooming in Port St. Lucie. I don't think C. will mind me telling you that Sandy is her Mom. Sandy is a big sweetheart, and this tribute is for her advertising sponsorship in "Out on the Coast," the local glossy mini-mag for people like me....
The first time I saw Sandy was at one of the bars in Port St. Lucie. It was Kelli Randell's birthday and Cristy and Derek were there. Kelli took a look at Sandy, with her wild, curly blond hair and ample bosom and asked her if she was a drag queen too. Sandy's laughter filled the room. Then Cristy leaned over and said, "That's my mom!" Wow.
