Last night, I opened an AOL chatroom and found someone in Ohio to flirt with. At the end of our session she told me "I am a woman of color," as if it would make a difference. I replied "And your point is???" Then I added, "I love chocolate."
We jibed. That's really all that matters.

well i was the one that made the comment and was pleasantly amused at the reply I knew right then i found a new victim...umm pal ...i liked the comment and had to smile in response but as we all know sometimes for some there are other things that do matter...after all we still do live in america and although it is good it is not a perfect place..to some certain things do matter so i figured i would give one the opportunity to bow out gracefully rather than go on "jibing" then later find out well anyway...lets just say im glad she is not that way...i learned a few new things last nite...one is what a blog is and two that librarians can be funny ;O). anyway im glad i stopped by the room last nite
